At first impression, popularblogx looks technical because there is not much in terms of visuals except for logos. It then goes on to explain basic terms like RSS feeds, SEO, ad network, etc.  As you read however, you realize that its written well and really does show you how you can utilize and maximize these for your own blog to generate traffic and eventually earn from your own blog - all laid out in simple terms and very much comprehensible for the neophyte blogger.

Topics range from what useful links to hook up with, the importance of content and choosing topics to blog about, using images, using videos, checking what time to post, choosing good templates for your blog, using social community sites, and explains and reviews blog-earning links like Adsense, PayPerPost PPP, WidgetBucks, Bloggerwave, Entrecard, Blogexplosion, Bidvertiser, Squidoo, etc.

For a new blogger who is still unfamiliar with the ‘intricacies’ of blogging and ways of earning from it, this blog can be quite useful.
